Student Awards

Thomas M. And Sybil F.D. Blacklock Merit Award:  A plaque and a monetary award is presented to the one grade 9 student that is chosen for best exemplifying all-round qualities in the areas of academics, leadership and extra-curricular activities.  Mr. Blacklock, through his work as a principal with Edmonton Public Schools, was known for establishing standards of excellence in student performance and character, for fairness in the treatment of pupils, and for integrity in staff relationships.
